HHR helps BDs and RIA firms, and the Advisors that work with and for them in marketing 401k plans to small and medium size companies. Our network of contacts includes major recordkeepers, 3(38) firms and more recently, Pooled Plan Providers.Of note HHR has been selected as Project Manager in the creation of an Advisor centric Pooled Employer Plan (PPP) where multiple BDs and RIAs can “white label” their own branded PPP using a set of common Masterplan elements. This project is ongoing and will soon enter the RFP stage for recordkeeper and 3(38) elements of the PPP.

HHR Consultants Founder Richard Heitman acquired over 25 years experience as a senior level executive at both large banks and brokerage firms before starting his niche financial consulting firm over a decade ago. Specialties include both broad and deep expertise in banking, asset management, brokerage, FDIC insured deposit sweeps and high-level financial industry relationships. Richard’s expertise benefits his firm’s clients through unique, effective solutions at good value where compensation can be tied to results.
